The principal
areas of practice include:

development opportunities, undertaking development
appraisals and working with other members of
the professional/design team to bring schemes
forward.
The disposal of freehold and leasehold property
by whatever is considered to be the most appropriate
method in any case. The seeking out and acquisition
of commercial property to meet specific requirements.
The negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals
with presentations to independent third parties
or court where necessary. The preparation of
schedules of dilapidations and negotiating their
settlement. Where necessary appearing in court
as expert witnesses.
Administering commercial property portfolios
held for investment purposes. A separate account
in the name of each management client is held
for the better administration of clients' money
and apportionment of interest. All monies held
on behalf of clients are bonded by the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
For acquisition, sale, insurance, loan, accounts
or tax purposes.
